Installing my CLEANR filter was quick and easy! Using it has been even easier. I don’t have to wonder about when to change the Pod. The lights on the front let me know when I need to put in a new one, and actually changing it is very simple. The best thing is that the used Pod is really dirty which shows how much microplastic is being flushed out with the rinse water. It’s good that now my CLEANR is catching it!

The Cleanr app works well, is easy to use, and tells when the pod needs to be changed. The provided instruction manual lays out a regular maintenance schedule for the machine and parts and is easy to do within 10-15 minutes plus running a cleaning cycle on the washing machine. Take the recommendation to use a U-Shape bracket to hold the Cleanr drain hose in the drain pipe seriously! I found one online for less than $10 and the hose is very secure now, plus some use of zip ties. Customer service has also been delightful! We had a general information call with Grace and it was great conversation about the stats of Cleanr and how it would work in our home.
