At CLEANR, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy based on the time since delivery. All returns must meet the conditions outlined below.
General Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
Unused and in its original condition
Returned with all original items included in the shipment (e.g., components, accessories, manuals)
Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and the original packing slip
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
Return Windows and Terms
Within 14 Days of Delivery
- Return Eligibility: Unused products
- Shipping Fees: Covered by CLEANR (a prepaid label will be shipped to customer)
- Customer Responsibility: Include all items, proof of purchase, and packing slip
15 to 30 Days from Delivery
- Return Eligibility: Unused products
- Shipping Fees: Responsibility of the customer
- Customer Responsibility: Include all items, proof of purchase, and packing slip
31 to 60 Days from Delivery
- Return Eligibility: Unused products
- Shipping Fees: Responsibility of the customer
- Restocking Fee: 15% of the original product price will be deducted from the refund
- Customer Responsibility: Include all items, proof of purchase, and packing slip
Additional Terms
- Non-Returnable Items: Products that have been used, damaged through improper use, or returned without required documentation may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
